Who I Am
Hi, I'm Brendan. a software developer from Cavan, living in Meath and working in Dublin. My passion for technology started at an early age during the Windows 98 era, where I spent countless hours exploring computers and learning how they worked. That curiosity has stayed with me throughout my life and ultimately led me into a career in software development, where I enjoy building solutions and continually expanding my technical skills.
What I Do
I am currently working as an OpenEdge Advanced Business Language (ABL) Software Developer, specialising in the development and support of an in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS). My role involves designing, maintaining, and enhancing business-critical applications that support daily warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
Why this website
I built this site as a creative outlet and a personal sandbox. I wanted to challenge myself, learn something new, and see if I could actually bring an idea from a blank text editor to the live internet. It’s a work in progress and a space for me to experiment with new tech, share hobbies, and just have fun.
